PromptAds provides a contextual advertising platform for AI applications. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Publisher Obligations

Publishers agree to integrate the PromptAds API in accordance with our documentation. Prohibited uses include fraudulent activity, abuse of the ad matching system, and any attempt to artificially inflate impressions or clicks.

3. Advertiser Obligations

Advertisers agree to provide accurate campaign information and comply with all applicable laws. Prohibited content includes illegal products, misleading claims, and any content that violates intellectual property rights.

4. Payment Terms

Revenue share is 60% to publishers. Payouts are processed automatically on a monthly basis for balances above the minimum threshold. Advertisers are billed on a CPC basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

PromptAds is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
